I mean the bottom line is that my existing IOP data for should just be able to be migrated to a new Quickbooks Payroll account. When I try to do anything now that I have signed up a new Intuit Account name, it can't find "any payroll services associated with this email address/username" Annoyingly, the same email address has always been the 'contact email' on my IOP account. Is there a way that I can set up an user name for my existing Intuit Online Payroll (I would use my email address that I am about to use for setting up Quickbooks Payroll service) I've looked but I can't find a way to do this in the settings or preferences - it seems the only way to get there is via Bank of America, which seems like a problem. Also, there are a lot of steps for me (a non-accountant), and after a skim-read it would still appear that a sticking point will be that I have no log-in for my existing (and much loved) Intuit Online Payroll account (remember, because I port in directly from Bank of America). They are for migrating data from Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) to QBs Online, when in fact I need to be migrating to a QBs Payroll account. We are definitely on the right track, and so I'm very grateful. I am in the field today, but I was able to take a quick glance at this. " We didn't find any Online Payroll companies So I guess that I have never really had an Intuit account because Bank of America (who I do sign in with) just ports me right into Intuit Online Payroll (because they already have me signed in). To run payroll I hit the payroll link on my Bank of America (banking) homepage and it takes me to: I am a Bank of America customer and originally had Bank of America Online Payroll, but this was taken over by Intuit Online Payroll many years ago. I have used Intuit Online Payroll for over a decade. It spun its wheel for a bit and then gave me a screen that said something like "opps that's strange - try again later." The problem is now that anytime I sign back into Intuit Online Payroll (via BoA - see below), the banner, or any link whatsoever to migrate to QBs Payroll, has gone.

I finally got around to making the move so I clicked the link. A couple of weeks ago I started getting a banner on my Intuit Online Payroll landing page stating that this service was going away Aug 27th and click here to move to Quickbooks Payroll.
